About Bärchen: Benson's newest beer garden is Bärchen, offering lunch, dinner, and a huge selection of German and Belgian craft beers. I’m especially excited that they’ll be serving charcuterie made by local chef Bryce Coulton who you may remember from French Bulldog, an old favorite restaurant of mine that was located in Dundee. The beer garden can easily hold 200 people and I intend to fill it up for a beginning-of-fall celebration, and also to celebrate the opening of this new local business in our neighborhood. Come join us!
